Honestly! The best Ramadan Series this year is ALFERYAH! Absolutely captivating.. Sij
3afya 3ala 7ayat Al-Fahad, since she wrote it. And her acting is amazing! You smile when she
smiles and cry when she cries... Can't wait to see it all over again after Ramadan.

I hate it when...

1. You are at the office and someone in the next office is practically yelling and laughing so loud that you can't hear yourself thinking!

2. Someone keeps asking you to come see something that is soooo hilarious, and when you walk over, you find it that whatever they want to show you doesn't even make you smile ( sakhefeeeeen).

3. When you plan an outing with a friend and he/she calls you to ask you to leave your place an hour earlier to be able to stop somewhere. AND YOU KNOW THEY WON'T BENEFIT FROM THAT STOP! (waste of time)

4. Someone calls you at 3 AM and you are dead asleep and tells you to wake up and pray, it's Ramadan! ( I am old enough to handle my own business with god!)

5. When a girl tries to be sweeter and more soft spoken than she really is! ( get over yourselves girls! Tara Walla mako a7la min being natural around people)

What Matters Most?

Different people have different priorities, but really, what is more importan when it comes to work?

A) being in a demanding job, that pays little. However, good reputation and your colleagues are great.

OR

B) Being in a less demanding job, pays more, but the company is not a well known one!?

What would you choose?

Over and over and over..

Notice how everyone makes fun of Indian movies!? Everyone says that all the stories are the same.. And that they can predict the villain's next move, and the good guy's come pack.. You can even tell when that dance in the rain will start, and the rolling on green grass part.. We all poke fun on those movies.. But honestly are we any different??

looking at the 99 series playing in Ramadan, I realized we also have the same problem! We are going around in circles.. Same theme.. Different people .. Or settings..

the powerful businessman with the naughty mistress..
drug addicts.. Abused women.. Broken families.. Careless youth...

ana bes abi a3arf shay wa7ed! those goddamn writers, do they really think that they are tackling social issues by producing depressing scripts? What are they trying to do? Raise awareness?! The only thing they are raising is a sense of hopelessness and acceptance of everything bad this society throws at you ! wain musalsalaaat awwal?? wain darb izzalag? wain alaqdaar o el malgoof?? wain o wain o wain..

we used to laugh so much while watching an old theater play.. Now we frown and try to tolerate all the yelling and screaming, and lack of rationality..

learn from the oldies.. tara old is gold.. Stop the negative conditioning .. This society needs an uplift.. An emotional boost..

MAIDS!.. Can't live without'em, can't burn them alive!

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY WORK.. You say left, they go right.. You say yes, they say maybe! I am not sure how to deal with them anymore..

I used to think that if you are nice to them, they will appreciate you and be loyal. Well it obviously does not work that way. I even give them money just to buy their loyalty.. AND THEY BACK STAB ME!.. The steal your things, or loose them.. And it makes me mad as hell when they break things and hide them! Come and tell me you broke it, I swear I KNOW that people drop things.. Don't hide it and hope I won't find out!

OH!.. And you give them SPECIFIC instructions on how you want things to be done. For example let's say how to wash your shirt and how to iron it. THEY GO AND DO IT THEIR WAY REGARDLESS!.. Amazing..

so I decided to be mean, right? And I started having an attitude and started being specific and bossy.. And what do I get!? A MAID YELLS AT ME IN FRONT OF ALL THE OTHER MAIDS! I never thought of myself as a harsh aggressive person, but MY GOD! I was clinching my fists so tight because I felt that the minute I let loose I am going to slap that woman so hard! Her eye balls might get knocked out!.. The things she said, and worse yet THE WAY SHE SAID IT!

somebody help me, how do you keep them in line!? I am not used to giving orders and I have a tender heart, cannot be hard on them. ADVICE PLEASE!

BUT WHY!?

My niece has this habit where she absolutely have to question everything.. This is it is my turn to ask .. BUT WHY!? Why is it in every freak'n new job, old staff members are threatened by rookies?! They try to be friendly and get close to you, then they tell you how bad this place is.. How corrupted management is.. How crappy the pay is.. And then they turn around and say.. But they must have made it up for you, how much are they giving you? Or ( and this is my favorite) "who's your was6a!? "

IF IT WAS THAT BAD THEN WHY IN GOD'S NAME ARE YOU STILL AROUND?! hahaha Thank god for optimism! I think my presence threatens them! They constantly ask how I am doing.. And how my sales are going (yes I have a target and I am in sales!)

I thought I should have been the one fearing those guys!
